Coached since 2015 by Leslie Cook, Pride is comprised of girls from Bloomington High School North (BHSN), Bloomington High School South (BHSS), and any high school girls from adjacent communities (Ellettsville, Martinsville, Bedford, etc.).

Indiana High School Athletic Association (ISHAA) has recognized girls' lacrosse as an "emerging sport." As such, the Pride team is being governed by Indiana Girls Lacrosse Association (INGLA) bylaws, rules, and regulations that are being influenced by IHSAA.
